The present document specifies technical characteristics and methods of measurements for Transport and Traffic Telematics (TTT) systems intended to be operated as Road Side Units (RSU) with the following characteristics: • with a Radio Frequency (RF) connection and specified antenna or with an integral antenna; • used for data transmission only; • operating in the 5 795 MHz to 5 815 MHz frequency band (see also table 1).
