The Contract Government Furnished Material (GFM) Requisition and Inventory Report provides the Government with monthly information in determining GFM balances by condition code, consumption, turn-ins, transfers, due-ins, receipts, plant clearance and shipping actions.
- a. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content and preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
- b. This DID may be used on any depot level maintenance contract.
