ETSI TS 122 281 provides the service requirements for operation of the MCVideo service. MCVideo makes use of
capabilities included in Group Communication System Enablers for LTE (GCSE_LTE), Proximity Services (ProSe),
Isolated E-UTRAN operation for Public Safety (IOPS) and Mission Critical Services Common Requirements
(MCCoRe) with additional requirements specific to the MCVideo Service. The MCVideo Service can be used for
public safety applications and also for general commercial applications (e.g. utility companies and railways).
