This specification covers the requirements for a solvent-borne, thermoplastic lacquer primer sealer that is applied by spraying and is subsequently topcoated with an acrylic lacquer color coat. The sealer is intended for use in cut-through areas to provide a smooth, adhesion promoting, corrosion resistant coating compatible with a wet-on-wet application of acrylic lacquer.
