1 Scope This specification covers the qualification and performance requirements for exterior rigid top-coat systems which utilize a one component etch resistant clearcoat applied over a solvent-borne, one component basecoat. Typical vol-ume solids as sprayed are 45 to 50% for base-coat and 50 to 60% solids for clear coat.
