This specification covers a silver filled thermosetting resin compound designed for use as an electrical contact adhesive. The adhesive shall be applied to printed circuit board materials, flexible plastic films, ceramic, glass, and metal surfaces. The resin material may be applied by screen printing to control the application amount and area. The adhesive shall be noncorrosive to aluminum wire bonds.
