Material Description. This specification describes an axle lubricant intended to replace previous lubricant 9986115, still in use. This axle lubricant, suitable for car and truck axles with open or locking differentials, exhibits improved fuel efficiency, lower axle temperature operation, and improved thermal stability as initial and top-off fill satisfying GMW16433.
