1 SCOPE.

This specification covers the requirements for water-proofed, composite semi-rigid boards having a dielectrically active plastic iilm on one facing and a kraft liner on the opposite facing. The boards are used as trim foundations in conjunction with embossing processes. Due to possible dimensional stability problems each application must be evaluated individually for environmental acceptability.
