This specification covers the material and performance requirements of pressure sensitive adhesive backed films used to isolate adjacent substrates or to prevent read through in assemblies such as vinyl roof covers.
When used to prevent read through in vinyl roof cover assemblies, the film must not adversely effect the performance of the vinyl roof cover material when the vinyl roof cover is evaluated in accordance with GM3603M.
