1 Scope

This specification covers the properties of a natu ral, UV and heat stabilized, thermoplastic vulcani zate containing fully cured EPDM elastomer parti cles dispersed in a continuous polypropylene ma trix. The material can be processed using injection molding, extrusion or blow molding.

1.1 Typical Application. Typical applications in clude the following: soft touch buttons, knobs, key pads, mats, seals and parts where softness and conformity are needed. Continuous operating tem perature range: 30 to 135 °C.
