Purpose. This standard shall be used to determine water vapor permeability of leather and textiles used as upholstery trim material.
Foreword. Water Vapor Permeability is a parameter which characterizes the comfort factor of leather on a seat in contrast to artificial leather.
Applicability. Upholstery material (leather, fabric, plastic roll goods).
