Material Description.
Materials covered by this specification are divided into three types:
Type A. CR with 5% by mass max. NBR; for normal use on passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles.
Type B. PU-Elastomer; for use in arduous conditions, such as heavy commercial vehicles.
Type C. Drawing defined (e.g., using SAE J200 or ASTM D2000 line callout).
