This standard describes elastomeric materials that are suitable for floor mat applications. Testing shall be performed on production intent parts.

Note: The use of recycled elastomeric materials is permissible; however if regrind is used in a production part then a part produced from the maximum regrind content must be tested and the part must meet all requirements of the specification.
