Purpose.
This standard covers part performance requirements for instruction and/or information provided in the form of tri-folds, booklets and tags.
Applicability.
This standard is applicable for all regionally and globally supplied parts. This standard is applicable for printed parts and provides requirements for paper weight/thickness. This standard does not apply to instruction sheets that are produced using a copy machine. Materials that require an adhesive are not within scope and are covered in GMW14573.
