MODUK DEF STAN 02-317: PART 4 PDF

This Defence Standard (Def Stan) 02-317 Part 4 specifies the installation of non–transportable pressure vessels on HM Surface Ships and Submarines for the Storage of High Pressure (HP) Permanent Gas. The following annexes are included in this standard:

1) Annex B contains the installation data for the narrow neck or hybrid HP Gas Cylinders.

2) Annex C contains the installation data for wide neck or hybrid HP Gas Cylinders.

3) Annex D contains the requirements for the sweating in of screwed fittings to cylinders and flanged adaptors for Submarines.

4) Annex E contains data on Naval Standard 276 bar HP Gas Cylinders.

5) Annex F contains the HP Gas Cylinder History Dossier Forms 1 to 4 inclusive.
