This standard specifies the requirements for the provision, preparation and presentation of technical data to ensure the efficient in-service management of Ministry of Defence (MOD) explosives and munitions. This standard applies to new to service natures and for the ongoing procurement of natures already in-service, it is to be used for minor projects for which the requirements of Def Stan 00-60 cannot be met and it has been demonstrated that the whole life costing will be reduced.
