SCOPE AND SUITABILITY
This specification governs one grade of kerosene type aviation turbine fuel (intended primarily for use in military aircraft) mandatorily containing a fuel system icing inhibitor (FSII), a corrosion inhibitor/lubricity improving additive (CI/LA), and a static dissipator additive (SDA).
Fuel provided to this specification shall possess satisfactory performance and properties when used in appropriate aircrfat or engines operated by the Crown.
This specification implements the requirements of Annex A to STANG 3747 (EDN 3) dated 2 February 1989.
