INTRODUCTION

This Document gives guidance on the commissioning requirements for the Remote Substation Controller [RSC]. It includes notes describing the extent of system testing that an RSC is required to have undergone prior to dispatch to site, which thereby enables the level of site commissioning testing to be specified. Guidance is given on the scope of site commissioning tests and schedules are provided to enable commissioning checks to be recorded.
