This specification defines the requirements for a user interface to enable operators to use and/or manage the OPM. The specification should be read in conjunction with NGTS 3.5.10 as some aspects apply to both specifications.

Where any requirement is not specified precisely, the supplier shall present options to National Grid for agreement prior to production.

The supplier shall provide and agree a design intent document that will fully specify the functionality and graphic presentation of the system.

The supplier shall provide a full test programme to demonstrate that the functionality of the product complies with the requirements of this NGTS and the agreed options under Clause 1.2 above.

The supplier shall provide a Self-Certification Statement for the product as required by NGTS 1, Clause 9.2.1.
