This Specification describes the functional and performance requirements for a non-unit protection system for 2-terminal or 3-terminal feeder circuits on the NGC 400 kV, 275 kV and 132 kV system. The circuits may be composed of either overhead or underground conductors or a mixture of both. The Specification considers only distance protection but protection relays using different principles may be offered providing they have equivalent functionality and performance.
