PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The purpose of this guide is in support of UKBP/TP193 and to provide further details and clarification of the Primavera P6 planning system used by National Grid and its contractors. In addition it provides areas of recommended good practice that should be considered.
Audience: National Grid staff within Capital Delivery who are developing and delivering projects, e.g. OHLCS, MID, Development, LPT and any contractors responsible for the planning and delivery of those works.
