This specification relates to design requirements for a miniature tractive armature alow release proving relay of the plug-in type for use in circuits consisting of one or two pairs of 24 V, 36 W lamps energised by a battery or rectified a.c. supply. The lamps of each pair will flash alternately, with an overlap, at a rate of 60 to 90 flashes per minute per lamp.
