The requirements of this procedure apply to any individual operating signalling equipment for whom signalling is a core duty. It also applies to those involved in the management of these individuals.

This procedure should be read in conjunction with:

PURPOSE 

This procedure sets out the arrangements to be followed to assess the competence of and develop expertise in those who operate signalling equipment, such as signallers.
