This Notice Board applies to all manufacturers of new signalling installations containing TPWS base plates, and to Signalling Maintainers who are required to replace TPWS base plates in existing signalling locations. The affected equipment is detailed on certificate PA05/00446, on which several base plate models are listed.
Purpose
To assist staff in identifying a batch of faulty TPWS Base plate Fuse Holders prior to incorporation in signalling trackside circuits.
