Purpose
The purpose of this Notice Board is to ensure that SSI (Solid State Interlocking) equipment recovered by projects, maintenance, or other works, is retained, and stored in a safe manner and not scrapped or otherwise disposed of.
Also to advise that new SSI modules and manufacturer support may cease to be available from 2027, and that the availability of some spares and the ability to repair modules will decline rapidly thereafter.
