This module applies to Maintenance and Delivery Organisations who are undertaking drainage chamber maintenance or refurbishment (e.g. rodding and jetting, chamber ring replacement, etc.).

Purpose

This module helps to mitigate the risk of drainage system failure by informing the work instruction for the maintenance of drainage chambers. It includes both manual and mechanical methods.

This module should be read in conjunction with NR/L2/CIV/005/11, Drainage Maintenance and NR/L2/CIV/005/13, Maintenance of Pipes.

This module supports the following Maintenance standard jobs:

• 009326 – Drainage – Chamber Maintain Mechanical
