This module applies in all circumstances where any person is required to assist when carrying out duties at low level in an overhead line construction site safely and effectively and in line with requirements.
The level and extent of responsibility includes their own safety and that of others who might be affected by their work. The person is expected to refer to others for authorisation when required.
Purpose
The purpose of this module is to define the requirements for persons required to access overhead line construction sites safely and effectively, carry out low level activities under direction and develop workshop skills.
