a) all Network Rail employees regardless of their role; and
b) those contractors whose employees
Purpose
The purpose of this manual is to reduce the risk of fatigue related incidents and ill health within Network Rail and its supply chain to as low as reasonably practicable
(ALARP). This process also demonstrates the means by which Network Rail complies with UK Health and Safety legislation in relation to fatigue risk.
