Purpose -. To confirm that the SSI plug couplers are wired correctly

SSI plug couplers should not be opened but test boxes should be used to allow continuity tests to take place.

Care should be taken to avoid damage to SSI plug couplers.

1. Test that no pins are incorrectly in contact within each SSI plug coupler

2. Test that the address and modifier looping in trackside functional module plug couplers is correct.

3. Test that the control centre identity number, and interlocking / trackside looping of any long distance terminal plug couplers is correct.
