General definitions of terms are given in NR/L2/SIG/30014, however terms specific to this specification are defined in the last section of this specification.

This test specification details the Integration testing required between an SSI and a VSCS System. It assumes any FAT & SAT testing has been completed on the two interconnecting systems. However sections 1, 2 & 3 are data specific and can be carried out off site on test systems. Section 4 shall always be carried out on the final target hardware and requires Equipment room, SSI and VSCS SAT testing complete.
