• NR/SP/CTM/013 - Competence & Training in Telecoms Engineering
• NR/SP/CTM/014 - Competence & Training in OHL Engineering
• NR/SP/CTM/015 - Competence & Training in Conductor Rail Engineering
• NR/SP/CTM/016 - Competence & Training in Fixed Plant Engineering
• NR/SP/CTM/017 - Competence & Training in Civil Engineering
• NR/SP/CTM/018 - Competence & Training in Power Distribution
• NR/SP/CTM/021 - Competence & Training in Track Safety
• NR/OP/TM/C07 - Machine Control
The documents listed detail the competence framework and competence standards for the relevant discipline. For the purpose of the procedure any competence contained in these standards is referred to as a competence in scope and any person who holds one of these competences is referred to as a person in scope.
Purpose
This procedure sets out the processes to be followed to confirm the current competence of the person who occupies a post and establish what training a person needs to develop their competence so that it matches the requirements of the post.
