This module applies to any identified project(s) that have a resourcing conflict as defined by the NR/L3/INI/P3M/132/01 that cannot be resolved by the Deliverability Review Group.

This module applies to people who facilitate and participate in the Prioritisation Process.

Purpose

As part of the consolidated planning process detailed in NR/L3/INI/P3M/132/01 for key resources, there is a risk that there might be occasions where the normal deconfliction processes are unable to agree a resolution either at the route / region or national level.

To support this, a prioritisation business assessment process has been established. This module outlines the details of the assessment framework, criteria and process to be followed.

This helps to mitigate the risk of non-delivery of strategically important projects due to unresolved resourcing issues.
