This Network Rail standard specifies requirements of the Infrastructure Maintenance Environment Management System. It is applicable to all work and activities undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Maintenance staff. This standard applies to all Infrastructure Maintenance staff and teams.
Purpose
The purpose of this standard is to outline how to comply with Network Rail's Environment Management System as specified in NR/SP/ENV/001 Corporate Environment Manual and also meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental Management Systems – Requirements with guidance for use.
