The index contains version control information for individual forms.

NOTE NDS standards, may in certain circumstances, apply to other areas of the business (e.g. delivery teams within Asset Management); in such circumstances the applicability of the standard and the supporting form will be clearly identified within the scope of each individual standard.

Purpose

This standard provides a control mechanism that enables the production and publication of "standalone" forms used to support standards issued by the National Delivery Service.
