The requirements of this procedure apply to any individual working in Route operations controls for whom this is a core duty. It also applies to those involved in the management of these individuals.

This procedure should be read in conjunction with:

e) NR/L3/OPS/045/2.16 – Monitoring the Quality of Spoken Communications; and

PURPOSE

This procedure sets out the arrangements to be followed to assess the competence of and develop expertise for those working in Route Operations Controls.
