This procedure applies to all employees, consultants, contractors and visitors at signalling locations, controls, stations and trains.
PURPOSE
This procedure provides measures to protect and mitigate the effects to employees, visitors, contractors, buildings, infrastructure and other Network Rail assets, from terrorism, serious and organised crime, criminal activity and acts of vandalism.
Network Rail will take the lead in managing the rail industry response to any type of security incident.
