This Special Inspection Notice applies to the maintenance organisation that maintains the Electrification Infrastructure.
Purpose
The purpose of this Special Inspection Notice is to ascertain the total number and locations of compensation weights on the OLE Infrastructure.
These will be divided into three categories.
1. Within 200m along track of public areas. This includes roads and walkways that are within the fall zone as applied to a conductor.
2. Operational Infrastructure outside of category 1.
3. Redundant Infrastructure.
