Purpose
The purpose of this Special Inspection Notice is to remove defects identified by SIN119, or other equally effective means, on Functional Supply Points (FSPs) in public locations that are not within the scope of the Route TBAPs. This includes Isolated Terra (IT) systems operating above 175 Volts (V) but excluding 650 V IT systems.
