Purpose

This procedure defines the process for management and monitoring of route crime activity. It also defines the process for identifying and assessing risks of route crime, including the designation of route crime hotspots, and developing action plans for mitigation of these risks. It is set within the context of the wider management of railway crime and so contains frequent references to railway crime matters.
