INTRODUCTION
The importance of minimising the potential for vandals and other malicious trespassers to cause harm on the railway is obvious. Unfortunately, not all people employed on the track or trackside act in a manner which reflects the priority of this issue.
It is not acceptable for anyone working on the infrastructure to leave it in a condition where it is open for people to trespass, or provides malicious persons with materials to use to cause accidents or derailments.
