This specification applies to all 25 kV A.C. Electrified Lines on Railtrack controlled infrastructure.
Purpose
This specification states the requirements for advance planning of work necessitating isolation and earthing of the 25 kV A.C. Electrified Lines to produce a coherent technically compliant isolation plan for a particular route or area.
This document shall be read in conjunction with the Preface Module and all the other Modules in Railtrack Line Specification RT/E/S/29987 relevant to the activity to be undertaken.
