This specification applies to all persons who are required to undertake the duties of a Person in Charge of Possession (PICOP) on Railtrack Controlled Infrastructure, as defined in section T(iii) of the Rule Book.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this standard is to
Define the competence and fitness requirements for persons required to carry out these responsibilities of person in Charge of Possession as defined in Rule Book section T(iii).
The duties of a Person in Charge of Possession are divided into two levels.
Level 1 - Person in Charge of Possession
Level 2 - Senior Person in Charge of Possession
