Introduction

This document outlines the method of using the IDPM Checking Forms to record the checking of IECC data. Use of the Automated Data Preparation (ADP) system to prepare IECC data ensures consistency between data areas and hence simplifies checking. Many of the remaining checks can be done on the data within the ADP system, but a final set of checks on the data compiler input files may be performed.

For each check the "OK" box should be ticked if everything is as it should be, otherwise a detailed description of the problem or problems discovered should be made on an error log and the reference of the log entered into the "Query" box.
