2022 International Conference on Efficient Building Design--Materials and HVAC Equipment Technologies Conference Proceedings and Papers PDF

 The fifth ASHRAE Beirut Conference focuses on better building design and state-of-the-art technologies in building materials and systems that will greatly reduce energy consumption and hence reduce carbon dioxide emission. Papers were presented on design, systems, and control strategies of low-energy and near-zero-energy buildings and the prospects of next-generation sustainable HVAC systems dependent on renewable energy sources. Moreover, presentations will be made on the latest developments in energy efficiency standards and other building codes, including new refrigerants adapted to warmer climates.
