Presented in this paper is the mathematical basis of each of the above schemes in addition to results of the testing accomplished. Data generated not only included thermal load quantities but also central processor unit run times. It was felt that these latter comparisons were important to give some indication, again within a common program framework, of the expected solution time requirements.
