This Practice provides instructions for preparing a Process Analyzer Bid Proposal Data Sheet, PIP PCSPA004-D. If prepared in accordance with this Practice, PIP PCSPA004-D can provide a standardized format for replies to requests for quotation (RFQ) for process analyzers. PIP PCSPA004-D simplifies the comparison of multiple bids and ensures uniformity in the comparison both technically and commercially.
This Practice describes the minimum information required from each analyzer system vendor (ASV) for properly comparing bids for the analyzer system. PIP PCSPA004-D provides for input of cost of systems and components, analyzer system project schedule, and key personnel who will be assigned to the project.
