This Practice provides instructions for preparing a Process Analyzer Bid Proposal Data Sheet, PIP PCSPA004-D, which is intended to provide a standardized format for the minimum information required from each analyzer system vendor (ASV) to requests for quotation (RFQ) for process analyzers. PIP PCSPA004-D simplifies the comparison of multiple bids and ensures uniformity in the comparison both technically and commercially. This Practice should accompany PIP PCSPA004-D when sent to an ASV for RFQ. PIP PCSPA004-D provides for input of the following information:
a. Cost of systems and components
b. Analyzer system project schedule
c. Key personnel who will be assigned to the project.
