REMANIT 4539 is a low carbon corrosion resistant austenitic stainless steel with good levels of chromium, nickel, molybdenum, copper and nitrogen to show good resistance to reducing acids and chloride solutions. It was one of the early alloys used in flue gas desulfurization equipment.
