Protection Act of 2002 (Water Code
?79500 et seq.) that was approved by the California electorate
on November 5, 2002. Also, Chapter 6: Contaminant and Salt Removal
Technologies (Water Code ?79545 ) is briefly presented, along with Subpart (b): Pilot and Demonstration
Projects for Contaminant Removal. Funding criteria for
eligible categories of contaminants is presented, along with the funding process, submitting proposals, and the key elements of a proposal. Under the status of Proposition 50
Chapter 6(b) Program, a list of projects funded and funds
availability is presented. Includes tables.
