This slide presentation outlines San Francisco's Water & Wastewater System's $4.6 billion 15-year capital improvement program (CIP) that included a four-year program management contract that managed the planning, design, and implementation of the CIP. Information is also included on a peer review of the program with the objectives of: assessing performance against the short term and long term performance measures contained in the contract; review progress and results of selected task orders; comment on the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the program during its first year; and, make suggestions for program improvement.
